Job Description:

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tradeshow Marketing Manager to lead our industry presence with engaging customer experiences that showcase how our products and services can help our customers deliver better patient care.The winning candidate will define and design McKesson’s tradeshow and industry experiences, from concept to completion, utilizing all touchpoints to delight customers, engage stakeholders, and grow market share. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define and establish our brand voice, elevate brand awareness, and create the customer experience to make strong connections and generate leads for our sales teams.The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully building and executing trade shows, industry events, B2B experiences, campaigns, sales meetings and other brand activations in alignment with core marketing objectives.


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tradeshow and sponsorship calendar
  • Manage tradeshow and event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability
  • Plan and execute tradeshow events including booth design, sponsorship opportunities, staff coordination, and promotion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event themes, focus areas, effective messaging and presentations for each event and sponsorship
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of tradeshow activities and provide feedback for future improvement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity in the tradeshow space
  • Prepare post-event reports, including analysis of ROI, lead generation, and overall success metrics and report out to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including healthcare industry guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for tradeshow and association marketing


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in tradeshow planning and execution
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$76,800 – $128,000
