Malwarebytes is looking for A dynamic individual who will take ownership of executing our global strategic MSP marketing events and experiences and place a focus on the way in which Malwarebytes MSP shows up within campaign-driven marketing moments. These events are driven with an integrated programmatic approach that fits into the wider campaign efforts for a seamless MSP experience. This role will involve driving innovation with how we show up in market and drive a MSP centric experience at all events. They will also incorporate all appropriate channels before, during, and after the event to drive interest, engagement, and leads while also upholding our brand personality and expectations. Beyond that, the role will call for fostering close partnerships with Global MSP Campaigns, Product Marketing Management, Communications, Field, Brand, and other internal stakeholders along the way, pulling all the intricate pieces for execution together. Success in this position will mean continuously measuring, evolving, and improving our events and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all global marketing MSP events and some US SLED events (tradeshows, roundtables, symposiums), experiential moments (pop-ups, webinars, creative installations), working in-step with existing campaign strategy and plans
  • Develop workback calendars to ensure that all deliverables are on-time and orchestrate
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integration. Drive all briefing sessions, ensuring that all projects are clear, concise, and aligned to strategy
  • Set up and support all webinar needs for MSP marketing campaign efforts
  • Support sales and partner enablement, in addition to regional marketing counterparts so that they may successfully leverage the strategy, creative, or plans
  • Drive experiential set up/monitoring in various marketing tools such as Salesforce.com and Marketo.
  • Own development of all event collateral and fabrication, working with creative teams and ensuring consistency across channels
  • Work closely with the following groups: Product Marketing Management to intake objectives, agencies to build media plans, Campaigns teams on assets, and Marketing Operations for all lead and measurement analytics
  • Travel up to 25-30%
  • Supervise direct reporting staff

Skills You’ll Need To Have

  • MSP event experience
  • 5+ years of marketing programs experience
  • Ability to learn quickly, be a self-starter and take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excitement about bringing experiences “to life” in relevant and refreshing ways
  • Ability to adapt well to shifts in strategy while keeping a prioritized perspective
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with a project management skillset
  • Understanding of how a holistic campaign should look across all touchpoints. Good creative eye knowing when creative upholds key messaging and brand strategy
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor; sense of humor is a plus!
