Job Description:
Productiv is looking for a Sr. Field Marketing and Events Manager to tightly partner with our marketing and sales team to build an efficient mix of event, field marketing and webinar programs to generate pipeline and accelerate new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
This is one of those rare positions where you’ll get to be strategic in defining our field marketing and event strategy, while rolling your sleeves up and getting to do the satisfying work of executing your vision and running programs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive field marketing and events strategy
- Drive the marketing mix across field programs including hosted and sponsored events including trade shows, webinars and ABM/direct mail campaigns
- Partner closely with the field to develop account plans, programs and workflows that tightly align marketing activities to sales action and continuously improve conversion
- Execute programs with a mix of agencies, vendors, and team members
- Analyze campaign success and business contribution through data-driven reporting and analytics

You have:
- Deep experience in field marketing / ABM for enterprise B2B SaaS sales (7+ Years)
- A command of all aspects of lead lifecycle from lead capture through nurture and retention
- A track record of designing and executing successful trade shows and hosted events; creating delightful experiences that leave participants feeling valued
- A bias for quick and decisive action using data and feedback as your guide
- A proven data-driven approach to measuring outcomes and iterating on programs
- Hands-on experience with the martech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- The ability to effectively communicate with sales and execs using in-depth data as well as your own insights
- Experience managing large and continually growing budgets across vendors, agencies and internal programs
- Growth mindset, thriving on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, startup environment
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,055-$157,407. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
