Job Description:
Are you interested in leveraging your event production, keynote development, project and relationship management skills to join an events production team, responsible for the content and production execution of highly visible, large-scale Amazon seller conferences across the globe? The Senior Event Producer will be part of a team that owns the strategy and execution for Amazon seller events whether virtual, physical, or hybrid for a global audience – including an annual flagship event, Amazon Accelerate.
As a Senior Event Producer, you will work tirelessly to understand how to engage our sellers through keynote content and experiences in order to connect with and inspire them. You understand the keynote development process from end-to-end and will work closely with the keynote lead scriptwriter, creative design, and video producers to ensure that cohesive, clear, and entertaining presentations are being delivered for our seller attendees. You will bring fresh ideas to continuously raise the bar for keynote programming for worldwide seller events.
Key Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work collaboratively with PR, product managers, marketers, program managers, executive leadership, and corporate communications across the Selling Partner Services organization, to develop exciting and compelling keynote experiences. You will navigate multiple teams and their priorities while developing a road map and workback that all keynote participants and stakeholders follow.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the direction of seller event keynotes and is ready to adapt and lead in the new world of digital and hybrid events.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of live event keynote production and management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
