Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) provides products, software and connected solutions that improve productivity, workplace safety and asset performance for our customers across the globe. PPE is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Director to serve as the leader of customer marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, messaging, and digital presence globally. The role will function as a focal point to oversee and execute strategic integrated marketing and communications initiatives, messaging platforms, event strategies, web experience, and demand generation program development.

In this role, the candidate will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, strategic marketing, regional marketing, and commercial excellence to set the strategy and priorities for the business in terms of awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The candidate will drive internal and external creative, copywriting, event, and demand gen resources – to execute the strategies and initiatives that are critical to growing the business.

This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer of PPE.

Oversee the development of the Integrated Marketing annual plan and budget aligned to the business and overall marketing strategy Work effectively with senior leadership acting as an advisor and change agent, and be able to work seamlessly with colleagues in other businesses and other regions Lead the transformation to a more digital-first and modern marketing approach with a key emphasis on web, marketing automation, digital content marketing, and demand generation

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive/execute successful Comms/PR
  • Min 5 years executing social media strategies in Marcom
  • Min 10 years experience w/managing Marcom in B2B environment
  • Extensive leadership experience
