We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships and Events to lead our Events team and act as the primary marketing point of contact for our Strategic Partnerships team. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing and requires approx. 15% annual travel.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work with sales, client success and marketing teams to develop an event strategy and objectives aligned with marketing and sales priorities
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to identify, schedule and manage event calendar
  • Create integrated event plans including budget, pre-event marketing, speaking sessions, show floor presence, and post-event follow-up
  • Ability to plan and execute corporate off-sites with groups of 150+
  • Act as primary point of contact for Strategic Partnerships team and coordinate partner marketing initiatives with other stakeholders
  • Act as primary point of contact for event-related vendors and organizers of sponsored events
  • Manage event marketing material, including company-branded swag, and equipment set up and tear down
  • Track and report event ROI based on key objectives and metrics


  • 5+ years of Event Marketing experience (B2B marketing and/or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience in sourcing and working with multiple vendors/partners to produce events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others
  • Experience with large scale budgeting and planning
  • Experience working with account teams to create and produce effective webinars
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges
  • Strong understanding of key metrics used to track and improve performance and ROI of events
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and marketing functions
