Job Description:

The Sr. Coordinator, Event Operations is a support role, instrumental in helping to streamline the flawless execution of iHeartMedia’s national event partnerships, in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a passion for live events, is a multitasker extraordinaire, strong oral and written communicator, highly organized, and exhibits grace under pressure. 3+ years of previous event and/or relevant project management experience is required. Location: NYC, Chicago, or Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead correspondence and project manage deliverables with vendors of record on behalf of Client Success partner leads
  • Develop and manage project trackers and timelines, inclusive of evolving event details, onsite activations/integrations, and more, ensuring team is tracking towards deadlines and compliant with updates
  • Attend all relevant event, vendor, client, and production meetings, taking copious notes, and distributing executive level recap updates to key stakeholders
  • Works closely with all partner leads, is intimately familiar with client execution details, and ensures each partner footprint/integration is unique with no duplication
  • Attend venue site visits, as needed, taking notes and recapping key information for leadership
  • Travel to all national events and act as POC for onsite checklist of vendor commitments, ensuring partner builds are true to rendor
