What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for global sales enablement marketing strategy, internal marketing-sales communications & training and leading integrated B2B marketing programs. Proven track record of successfully leading sales enablement and market-facing campaigns in a technology organization. You’ll be responsible for

  • Sales-supporting campaigns to drive uptake of Cisco Learning & Certification offers
  • Internal and external sales & marketing events including BDM training, customer webinars/digital events and in-person events when available
  • Working closely with the Marketing team and the Sales team to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Measuring and reporting on impact of campaigns and activities
  • Working with our marketing subject areas to execute against our strategy and activities, such as updates to social,, live webinars and third-party sites as well as working with regional sales leaders.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Cisco’s business and Learning & Certifications
  • Leads by influence and persuasion in all interactions, in both complex and straightforward situations. Gains consensus among others, including peers, and knows how to build win/win situations.
  • Has knowledge of effective sales marketing practices and strategies and the ability to work with all levels of employees, managers, and executives across geographic regions.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills — discernment, thoughtfulness, a balanced perspective
  • Able to work in a fast paced, start-up culture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
