Global Events & Oracle Studios develops and produces memorable experiences, in-person and digitally, that support Oracle’s business worldwide. As part of our next phase of growth and development, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Event Communications to coordinate/manage event communications for our larger in-person events and digital event series.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Events Marketing and Operations, you will play a key role by communicating with customers and partners/sponsors in an authentic way. The person filling this role will be passionate about delivering consistent and compliant communications and event communication assets for Global Events productions, a critical part of the attendee engagement and experience.

This role works closely with the event producers, demand generation leads, product marketing content creators, corporate brand and social media teams, and others, to optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of Global Events communications.

About You

You are a thoughtful, inclusive communicator with substantial and proven marketing and (marketing) communications experience. You obtain a committed focus, capable of solving communication challenges, developing original solutions and maintaining brand and message consistency across communications channels. Ideally, we are looking for 7+ years of demonstrated ability crafting and editing marketing communications and messaging and upholding consistency across channels through tone, style and content.

Responsibilities of the Events Marketing Communications Program Manager

  • Deliver consistent and compliant communications and event communications assets for Global Events productions, communicating with the customer in an authentic way.
  • Collaborate with internal content and creative teams to ensure all messaging and content follows brand and company standards and is consistent across communications channels
  • Contribute to the event messaging creation process with content owners and events teams, helping to build and deliver communications that create clear value propositions, resonate globally, and increase awareness for event topics or focus areas.

Skills & Qualifications of the Events Marketing Communications Program Manager:

  • 7+ years of proven experience crafting and editing marketing communications messaging and upholding consistency across channels through tone, style and content
  • Diligent and meticulous, able to uphold quality standards of style and grammar to produce high-quality edited content
  • Experience with conversion-driven landing pages, social content and traditional paid media
  • Effective at time management, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully under tight or changing timelines
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with senior management and global virtual teams
  • Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams
  • Experience with strategy, planning, and execution of integrated demand generation and marketing campaigns, including high-touch campaigns supported by sales
  • Team oriented and inclusive; composed under stress
