About the Project

Situation: ExactTarget is one of the fastest growing companies in America. Their products are cutting edge; their services are used by small businesses to global corporations. They have held an annual event since 2007 with the event doubling in size every year. They were looking for a company to help them successfully navigate this exponential growth while elevating their program to the highest level.

Solution: ExactTarget engaged Event Marketing Partners to bring innovative ideas and creativity to their 2011 event while keeping the budget firmly in check.

Result: Connections 2011 was a total success. The industry average for a user conference Net Promoter Score is 36, Connections 2011 scored 63, one of the highest conference scores ever posted. The accolades from the client were fantastic. What we appreciated more was their clients and industry analysts blogging and reporting this was the best run, well-managed event they had ever attended.
