Job Description:

The Events team is seeking a creative, driven, and customer-obsessed Marketing Manager to drive a best-in-class onsite experiences for customers shopping seasonally relevant events. The role is pivotal to delivering the event marketing goals and provides an opportunity to meet the different, unique needs of our customers through development of an integrated onsite marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will need to be innovative in an often ambiguous environment while building relationships and gaining alignment with cross-functional, strategic partners.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Partner in planning onsite CX strategy in partnership with UX and Product teams
  • Development of the integrated onsite marketing strategy in order dirve core event objectives
  • Development, planning and analysis of the onsite experimentation roadmap, driving recommendations for current and future event planning
  • Coordination across creative, production, and selection teams to create thorough and authoritative creative content
  • Development operational mechanisms to scale productivity while raising quality bar across global event teams
  • Shared owner in conduct and maintaining quality bar for our website
  • Compile inter-event metrics and recommendations for Event leads on a bi-weekly cadence

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS or 4+ years’ experience in online marketing merchandising, digital marketing and/or e-commerce executing customer-facing online experiences
  • Basic XML/HTML skills
  • Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partner teams and senior management
  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
  • Proven track record of influencing decision-making
