The Global Channel Programs Specialist will manage the Global Marketing Development Funds (MDF) & Co-op Program. This position will be responsible for the global program and policies, planning tools and process and budget allocation and spending guidelines to ensure they align with corporate strategies, legal and financial requirements, industry best practices and regional needs.

The Global Partner Marketing Programs Specialist will help manage vendors relationship for key Global programs such as MDF/Co-Op & Sales Incentives. This role requires an individual to use their marketing and accounting knowledge, along with systems skills, to support our Channel and Distribution Marketing team’s overall objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Global MDF & Co-op Program guidelines, training and processes to align to business needs and ensure regions align to global program
  • Manage vendor relationship with MDF & Co-op vendor including main point of contact, budget management, ensure vendor aligns to our global program and overall budget
  • Create and maintain global reporting to enable all Zebras to better understand how we are using our MDF & Co-op funds, how effective their use is, and what we could be doing better
  • Liaison with Finance to ensure global program guidelines and processes adhere to Zebra and industry financial guidelines. Audit and govern program as necessary.
  • Assisting the regional teams in optimizing fund utilization and ROI by creating and reporting on standard elements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, finance (or related field)
  2. 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or finance environment 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Equivalent of 4 years of work experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  2. Budget planning and management knowledge 
  3. Ability to analyze and assess sales/market/marketing data 
  4. Understanding of financial dependencies (results analysis/reporting) 
  5. Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fastpaced, deadline-oriented environment
