It is an exciting time to join us because we are in the process of parsing out our MSP business unit into its own company, called N-Able! Working within Marketing, the Global Events Professional will be responsible for the strategy, orchestration and execution of all virtual events here at N-Able. Our 2021 virtual event portfolio ranges from thought leadership events, executive round tables, and tiered event programs, to global conferences, product roadmap presentations and a long list of demand generation and awareness events. Your work will be critical across stakeholders in marketing, sales, community, in driving best-in-class digital programming and engagement that align with the company’s business objectives.

The Global Events Producer will lead the planning and logistics for sessions, including platform choice, tech rehearsals, recording sessions, and will be responsible for pre-production and post-production.

The Global Event Producer will need to understand the business key priorities to align the events strategy, select the best suited platforms for each event type, as well as manage stakeholders’ requirements and production timeline.

As part of the wider marketing organization, this individual will work with the Marketing VP, Senior Manager of Marketing, and Events Manager. The Producer will be the connective glue across talent, executive leadership, technical infrastructure, studio team, designers and content teams to provide exceptional coordination for broadcast-grade programming.


  • Work with the events manager, marketing, community and the executive leadership team, to deliver the overall programming schedule and framework
  • Own the selection of the best suited platform for successful delivery of events
  • Create detailed production timelines and run-of-show documents
  • Coordinate with studio operations to schedule speakers, video production and support event execution and recording
  • Book relevant speakers internal and external, community representatives, guided by strong editorial planning. Create briefing materials to prepare them with logistics, content, and production details
  • Create event scripts for hosted segments, interview questions, other talking points and remarks as needed for presentation, in collaboration with speakers and marketing
  • Coordinate event packages production including slide decks, video segments, audio-visual, graphics, if needed
  • Manage day-to-day communications with internal staff and executives, as well as external partners
  • Work with creative teams and other stakeholders to coordinate/share production details, event description copy, artwork
  • Coordinate the production and multiplatform distribution of livestream or recorded event-related content (e.g. social media, web, etc.)
  • Work with internal studio as well as external A/V production vendors — to ensure quality production and timely distribution
  • Coordinate pre-/post-event editorial content
  • Ensure quality control on event listings, web pages, social posts, and other communications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles
  • Ensure stakeholders, speakers and event managers have a clear understanding of the event strategy and how it fits in the overall business goals
  • Be recognized as a knowledgeable resource for global events production
  • Leverage best practices in project management, program management and operational effectiveness across all assigned projects.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement


  • Experience producing virtual events
  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize numerous projects at once
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments while staying organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Results driven, energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation. Able to work without constant supervision
  • International event’s experience across EMEA and APAC preferred
  • Well-versed and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of events platforms
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally


  • Background in the IT and Technology industry preferred
  • Experience in using project management systems (asana preferred)
  • Experienced user of Software applications such as: Marketo and Salesforce
