Job Description:
As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll plan and execute a variety of virtual and in-person events including webinars, virtual conferences, Customer Advisory Board events, user groups, conferences and tradeshows. Work with a smart, motivated team to drive measurable engagement with our customers, prospects and community members.
The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring flawless coordination and execution of in-person and online events, plus other marketing programs or initiatives, as needed. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successful project ownership. And, if you have a love for technology, all the better.
Position Responsibilities
- Work closely with management on developing our event program.
- Develop, plan, and implement multiple tradeshows and virtual events throughout the year.
- Coordinate, set up, and manage promotion of demand generation webinars.
- Manage orders and inventory of promotional products and gifts.
- Manage budget for events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI analysis.
- Build and maintain Marketing Events & Campaign calendar.
- Coordinate with multiple internal clients, such as sales and product marketing.
- Manage lead imports, follow-up and reporting.
- Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed.

Experience And Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of field marketing/event marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in and passion for event planning and management.
- Strong organization and project management skills and ability to work to a timeline.
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
- Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
- Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with vendors and outside contractors.
- The desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B Software or Technology industry experience preferred.
