Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute high-impact regional events to generate new business and drive pipeline.
  • Support the regional sales team by developing and managing field-based marketing programs and event campaigns to build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities, all aligned with sales priorities.
  • Research, plan, and execute regional demand generation and event campaigns, including third-party conferences, Aera Technology events, direct mail, and regional hospitality events.
  • Oversee logistics and execution of events, including event themes, landing pages, operational campaigns, branded swag, event staffing, and setting lead goals and metrics.
  • Communicate goals and key information pre-event, during event, and provide debriefs and initial data analysis post-event.
  • Manage and track a quarterly budget.
  • Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results against quarterly and annual targets.

About You

  • We’re looking for a candidate with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an eye for d-e-t-a-i-l-s. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, including 1+ year in Event/Field Marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success in developing and managing field marketing programs and relationships with sales organizations.
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate sales needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and motivating team members across functions.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Apps, Slack, and Asana.A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Supply Chain experience a plus

Salary:

$100,000 – $125,000 a year
