Job Description:

A brand activations and social media enthusiast, well versed in event production, experiential retail, as well as various social platforms and talent. A conceptual and creative thinker with a collaborative, personable approach to teamwork. A can-do attitude, appetite to learn and adapt, fantastic organizational and time management skills are a must. Being a self-starter with excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation as well as the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment are critical. Being a strong problem solver, solution oriented, and agile with a voracious appetite to learn will ensure success. 


Brand Events (40%)

  • Brainstorm and develop proposals to be shared with HQ for approval 
  • Oversee production & project management of brand events and special projects at Zone level
  • Oversee relationships with vendor to secure quotes, day to day communication, walkthroughs, onsite production and execution
  • Responsible for staffing 
  • Develop communications to Retail 
  • Manage meeting agendas, recaps and calendars for all Brand Event & Special Project related meetings

Influencer & Talent Engagement & Content Creation (40%)

  • Support Senior Director in developing influencer engagement strategies 
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and management teams as well as identify new talent with whom to engage
  • Partner with PR team to coordinate all sample loans and gifting/seeding for influencer projects including organic
  • Identify, propose and manage show attendance submissions and event dressings with Senior Director & PR team 
  • Manage all influencer image event dressings with PR Team + HQ
  • Influencer project coverage clipping and recaps
  • Create storytelling narratives around icons + launches along with talent proposals in partnership with Senior Director
  • Support with Vendor database + communicating with vendors for local production
  • Onsite support during US shoots and events
  • Support in selects + servicing of assets as well as communication between HQ + third parties (production + talent)

360 Marketing (10%)

  • Create and manage development timelines, meetings, agendas and recaps
  • Partner with Cross functional owners to drive strategic development of launch plans, priorities & special projects
  • Contribute to Annual planning and ideation

Administration (10%)

  • Monitor and scan influencer, social media & press to create weekly reports and recaps of events & activations for HQ
  • Rankings, new platform, competitor, talent and trend reporting and analysis, communicating to Senior Director + Communications team, working together to find opportunities to maximize coverage and maintain/improve ranks and proposing innovative and new ideas for consideration
  • Keep abreast of activities in flagship markets (Beverly Hills, LA, Miami, NYC, Toronto, Mexico City) 
  • Seeking out new and different vendors with a high taste level appropriate to the Fendi aesthetic
  • Support Senior Director by overseeing project budgets, developing agreements and tracking of invoices, ensuring alignment with Finance and timely compensation of vendors
  • Responsible for management of Department credit cards
  • Maintain contact database
