What You Will Do

Your primary focus will be planning and executing webinars and global events (in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences) through engagement with a variety of stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of events and the role they play in integrated marketing programs, be data-driven and able to align with team goals. The role requires the ability to team and work across marketing and sales, as well as outside speakers.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and creative direction including sponsorship proposals for funding, identify content for sponsorship elements, arrange with speakers on presentations, consult with design and manage exhibit services for a variety of event types.
  • Team within marketing and with key spokespersons to manage individual webinar events, overall calendar, event postings and logistics to drive registration/attendance.
  • Inform program strategy by analyzing data and reporting results.
  • Oversee event execution logistics and interlock with campaigns, digital/web, operations, social and PR in support of events.
  • Align theater-level and corporate resources to support execution of speaking, meetings, booth information, demos, etc.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of events to determine ROI and prioritize resources.
  • Identify, source, and implement event partnerships to elevate awareness and lead gen opportunities

What You Will Bring With You

  • Passion for planning, producing, and executing in-person, virtual and hybrid events (including webinars, conferences and trade shows, workshops, etc.).
  • Ability to use good judgment and provide business case for program investments.
  • Solid balance of capabilities in planning and innovation with execution and process.
  • Previous experience in events, working with a variety of digital platforms to drive engagement.
  • Proficiency (maybe even a power user) with SFDC, Marketo, ON24, Zoom.
  • Ability to travel (when safe).

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS, security or other IT business.
  • Bachelor or Master level degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with traditional and modern digital marketing techniques.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in running experiments, learning fast and optimizing.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Exceptional collaboration, relationship and verbal/written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
