Job Description:
Evisort is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly organized Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing marketing team. You will be responsible for building and executing an events marketing plan designed to drive demand while connecting our brand with our customers through engaging experiences and thoughtful content. You will have the opportunity to impact how thousands of customers perceive our brand and product. The role will be reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, manage and execute an integrated and measurable event strategy and programs aligned to Evisort’s business goals and marketing objectives – this includes virtual and in-person hosted, field events, speaking engagements, and third-party tradeshows and conferences.
- Ideate, own, and collaborate with cross-functional team members in Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to turn customer insights and revenue goals into creative and cohesive executions that build brand, support great storytelling, and drive demand — pre-event, at the event and post-event.
- Plan programs with consideration for every detail, including budget management, pre-event prep, logistics management, vendor sourcing and coordination, registration and attendee management, travel and hotel management, F&B, AV/production, and much more.
- Define and Evaluate event performance; including conducting post-event analysis and debriefs to identify and share best practices to continuously improve impact and ROI.
- Research and implement new ideas to improve our events marketing program including new initiatives, technology, content topics, promotional activities, and more.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in events marketing within the technology industry
- Experience supporting programs that support GTM teams and drive demand
- Multitasker (especially under pressure) with the ability to prioritize and handle a multitude of projects simultaneously
- Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and Google Suite experience is required
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, Positive, and Proactive
