The Events Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of our global events program — focused on driving brand awareness, pipeline creation, and account engagement. The right candidate will exhibit a strong command of event management (hosted and third-party, virtual and in-person) and an understanding of how events contribute to a holistic growth marketing strategy.

They will work in close partnership with our marketing, product marketing, sales, and client success teams to develop an event strategy in support of our business priorities and report results to stakeholders. This role is part of the Global Growth Marketing team and reports to the Head of Growth Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead event strategy and execution that showcases our leadership position in the market
  • Help achieve business goals by creating events that will drive account engagement and pipeline, and build the brand
  • Create memorable, meaningful event experiences that leave a lasting impact
  • Manage priorities, develop effective processes, and partner with leaders across all levels to drive cross-functional event initiatives
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly event marketing analytics reports and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to design integrated programs (pre-event, at-event, and post-event support activities) and calls to action
  • Create event toolkits and partner with the field teams to drive enthusiasm and engagement for events program and maintain a regular feedback loop
  • Track event budgets and complete successful events within budget
  • Manage all event logistics from vendor selection and contract negotiation to event experience design and registration oversight
  • Infuse best practices, insights, and optimization strategies into all programs
  • Continue to strengthen, mature and elevate our event strategy

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience of event marketing experience
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership
  • Self-starter, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with external partners
  • Experience in SaaS/B2B/high-tech a plus
  • Knowledge of lead flow process and familiarity with tools like Marketo, Salesforce
  • Experience using events and communication tools (registration tools, virtual event platforms, Microsoft Teams, etc)


$80,000 – $100,000 a year
