Enghouse Interactive is hiring! Are you a dynamic, client focused Event Manager? Do you love delivering great customer experiences? Do you consider yourself as organized and responsible? Then Enghouse Interactive Event Manager could be your next challenge.

We are strengthening our operations team with a service-minded Event Manager to work on our customer delivery projects in our Mediasite Events team in North America and beyond.

You will work with a group of specialists in an enthusiastic team with E2E responsibility for customer engagement, event deployment, and support. Primarily, you will work with our Mediasite software and event capture workflows and have accountability for multiple disciplines including customer engagement, project delivery, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair technical and event solution discussions and meetings with our customers and partners.
  • Manage key customer accounts from a technical solution and event delivery perspective.
  • Manage technical support issues and escalations for customers.
  • Manage delivery of project artefacts and solution documentation.
  • Arrange and chair internal and external meetings with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Minimize Enghouse exposure and risk on projects.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Identify, control and manage scope-creep.
  • Establish acceptance and handover processes for successful revenue recognition, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Own project milestones and reporting.

As a person you:

  • Have a strong drive to deliver quality event video solutions to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Are able to communicate excellently with customer decision-makers and end-users, and internally with colleagues and management.
  • Can analyze customer-specific use-cases and translate them into measurable deliverables to the customer and technical requirements for the event video capture delivery.
  • Are a self-starter, able to work independently in a hybrid-working environment.

To succeed in this position, we require:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in the events industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Exceptional planning and coordination ability with remote and on-site stakeholders.
  • Experience working with video capture and editing software.
  • Knowledge of A/V hardware and software.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and event venues, when required.

We see as an advantage if you have:

  • A background in event production
  • Knowledge (hands-on or understanding) of CMS or web development platforms.
  • IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certified.
