Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates participation in industry events.
- Researches the target audience, recommends specific events to reach that audience and evaluates the effectiveness of participation.
- Works directly with show management, negotiating sponsorships or special programs and evaluating costs.
- Responsible for handling event logistics.
- Includes some budgeting responsibilities along with directing work teams.
Requirements:
- Corporate event planning experience (end to end event planning – from initial planning stages to event clean up)
- Experience developing internal & external communications
- Customer/client experience (partnership with external vendors, great follow up skills and attention to detail)
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between USD $62,000 – $83,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
