The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing Apploi’s presence at in-person and virtual events throughout the healthcare industry. They will leverage lead generation best practices, partner with the sales team to help drive revenue, and be a key player in the company’s success.

Our ideal candidate has extreme attention to detail and loves to manage a project from start to finish. They also are eager to join a marketing team at the ground level and grow their skills over time. They must possess an aptitude for technology, precise communication skills, organization, and self-motivation.

What You’ll Do

  • Report to and collaborate with our Demand Generation Manager on event strategy and prioritization
  • Manage the logistics, budget, and execution of industry trade shows and events
  • Communicate event strategy and plans with sales team members and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage virtual events including Apploi-hosted webinars & industry publications
  • Host Apploi customer events including dinners and user sessions
  • Build robust pre- and post-show communication strategies that drive leads 
  • Understand our target audience, develop event strategies, and drive execution of events to achieve pipeline targets
  • Define clear goals for events; track and report on performance 
  • Work closely with the operations team on event leads and reporting
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs

Who You Are

  • Marketing or event management experience, internships or college involvement count – proven experience managing events is a plus
  • Experience with project management, CRM, and Marketing automation tools
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business needs and urgency
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
