We are looking for an Event Planner to support in-person and virtual activities. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, the Events Coordinator role is hands-on in the planning and management of events of all sizes and varieties. Sponsored & Hosted Programs include: tradeshows, roundtables, virtual summits, channel events, and customer advisory board meetings. You will support a highly-engaged team and collaborate with leaders and sellers across the business.


  • Partner with the Field Marketing Manager to evaluate event proposals and manage the master event plan
  • Manage internal communications with team members attending events
  • Run regular cadence meetings with SpyCloud event attendees & stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Create schedules for booth staff
  • Handle logistics for multiple events at a time
  • Research venues; craft and submit RFPs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
  • Negotiate contracts and track budgets
  • Research, source, and manage promotional items and inventory
  • Attend events as necessary
  • Work closely with the demand gen team to create pre- and post-show communications

  • 2+ years of event planning experience, preferably for a technology company (cybersecurity event experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High degree of responsibility and follow-through
  • Able to juggle multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Familiarity with project management and marketing automation systems is a plus
