Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be the lead for planning many aspects of internal events (company picnic, end-of-year celebration, meetings that require food & beverage, etc.) which include the event planning, event design, and event production while managing all project delivery elements in conjunction with different service departments (Security, IT, AV, etc.) within time limits for our internal customers.


  • Ensure event compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
  • Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guest requirements, equipment
  • Identify and qualify various service vendors and/or event sites to support various event needs
  • Liaise with clients to identify their event needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various service vendors to ensure that event logistics are delivered on time and within budget, this may include execution of physical set-up and breakdown of events, often with multiple projects occurring simultaneously and/or in rapid succession
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
  • Work cross-functionally between all departments and on-site service vendors to ensure excellent event delivery


  • 4+ years of experience in planning and executing high-profile, multi-day, in-person events of various scope
  • Thorough comprehension of the principles and best practices of event management, event technology, and operations logistics
  • Experience with hosting virtual events on Zoom or WebEx
  • Is able to lift up to 50lbs
