Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a global role that requires someone who’s a top-notch project manager. You’ll use your creativity and understanding of our technical audience to develop and create unforgettable customer experiences.

Your Impact on The Organization:

The right candidate will be interested in supporting a broad range of activities. You will be a meticulous project manager who can help drive the entire business toward success. Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage tradeshows, virtual events, and customer events, including event logistics, project management of speakers, attendees, and presentations.
  • Integrate event execution with broader campaign strategy
  • Assist the campaigns team with marketing and promotion
  • Attend events to coordinate resources
  • Represent the brand to customers, partners, prospects, and influencers
  • Manage event budgets

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • A track record in planning and managing live events
  • B2B technology experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with external agencies and contractors
  • 5-10 years of hands-on event marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with HubSpot and/or a big plus
