Job Description:

The Event Marketing Manager position is an outstanding opportunity to help lead and manage an effective event marketing strategy for a hypergrowth technology company with a global footprint. You will play a major role at KUDO by identifying online and in-person event opportunities to enhance KUDO’s brand awareness, establish our thought leadership presence and acquire new leads.

This role reports directly to the Head of Global Demand Generation and you will work in conjunction with other marketing specialists on the team including, EMEA and APAC Marketing Managers, Content Marketing Team, SEO Content Specialist, Marketing Operations Manager, Partner Marketing Manager, and Lifecycle and Retention Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and recommend in-person, online events and webinars, aligning with KUDO’s target market in the US, EMEA, and the APAC region
  • Oversee the Event Marketing calendar and craft a promotion strategy to encourage attendance
  • Oversee design process for KUDO’s booth graphics, promotional giveaways, and collateral leave-behinds
  • Collaborate with our VP of Marketing and leadership team to identify the latest trends and opportunities to enhance KUDO’s global visibility via events and webinars
  • Identify speaking opportunities at relevant events
  • Manage all logistical details for events, including staffing, lead capture, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure leads are managed correctly post-event, including; creating nurture streams and working with sales team to align on lead flow process
  • Measure ROI for each event and use to inform future spend

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or a related field
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and other marketing technology platforms
  • Knowledge of events and webinar platforms
  • 4-7 years of experience in event management or event marketing
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • An acumen for powerful and compelling brand marketing
  • History running successful online events and webinars
  • Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking
  • Ability to thrive and improvise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • While the current event industry is primarily virtual, as more in-person events resume, this role will have a travel component of up to 50%
