Job Description:

LHH is currently searching for a talented Event Marketing Manager for a permanent role in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience planning large scale tradeshows and event preferably in the manufacturing space. This role is hybrid onsite three days per at the client’s office in the Dallas area.


  • Solely responsible for logistics and planning for all tradeshows, conferences, and events
  • Manage all external vendor relationships and negotiate all contracts
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams on marketing strategies and executions
  • Develop yearly event strategy and calendar
  • Conduct market and competitive research
  • Create timelines, budgets, and project plans for all events


  • Minimum 5 years of event planning experience
  • Experience managing large tradeshow booths
  • Previous B2B experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Comfortable working at the client’s office 3 days/week in the Dallas, TX area
