Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Event/Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing in-person and virtual events to generate leads and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys process improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
  • Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
  • Create event marketing materials, including promotional emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure event success and lead follow-up.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event/field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Base compensation is expected to be between $110,000 – $125,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
