As an Event Marketing Manager at DevRev, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to promote our cutting-edge AI products and solutions. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.


  • Develop overall event marketing strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, venue selections, logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Create promotional materials and outreach campaigns to generate interest and attendance for events.
  • Develop strategies to engage attendees before, during, and after events to maximize participation and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote DevRev’s products and services.
  • Manage marketing across multiple social media and other media channels for all events
  • Coordinate event task execution with internal or external resources as needed.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Strong drive and proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
