What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and execute multiple end-to-end live and virtual events to schedule, within budget, and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Independently engage key stakeholders throughout the event planning and execution process to identify content strategy, goals, attendee list and speaker management.
  • Design and support the marketing campaign strategy to drive event attendance and ensure on-site engagement, meetings, and conversion from attendees.
  • Schedule and run event planning meetings– set meeting agendas, share relevant resources, capture meeting notes, incorporate feedback.
  • Manage all aspects of pre-show planning and logistics for trade shows and conferences, including booth layout, AV, registration, shipping, travel, budget preparation and reconciliation, as well as onsite execution.
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
  • Act as a skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative and innovative ways to create a presence in an expo hall.
  • Coordinating external vendors and agencies.

What The Role Requires

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an Event Marketing role
  • Proactive to research and try new ideas
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently.
  • Proficiency with virtual event/webinar/content hosting platforms (e.g., Accel Events, Hopin, MeetingPlay, Vimeo, Zoom, YouTube, etc.) with an understanding of system integrations
  • Ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong business/office applications proficiency (e.g., Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Click-up) and event technologies proficiency (Cvent, Aventri, Socio, Passkey) with a proven ability to pick up new software quickly
  • Domestic and international travel required
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
