Job Description:
We’re currently looking for an Event Manager who will be responsible for managing trade shows, roadshows, on-site events and workshops for partners and potential Wildix partners across the Americas region. This role will report to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA & US. This person will work for the US market and will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of 35+ professionals spread all around the world and will collaborate with our Content, Creative Services, and Products & Tech departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an overarching US events strategy to deliver marketing and commercial sales goals
- Identify potential industry events including trade shows, conferences, and summits and work across departments to create an engagement and investment plan
- Design, direct and manage the development, administration, and execution of corporate trade shows (on average 1 per month) and on-site events (on average 3 per quarter) to support overall goals and objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize on-site events, roadshows, and tradeshows and create an attendee activation strategy
- Ensure lead capture and follow-up processes are in place to deliver event MQL and pipeline targets
- Oversee and manage budgets for all event programs through strategic forecasting and monitoring of all expenditures to fully leverage event potential
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience developing annual events strategy, designing and managing corporate events within the tech industry
- Business-building and growth mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box and deliver innovative partner recruitment events
- Proven track record of delivering effective and efficient events resulting in business growth and customer/partner acquisition
- Target and number oriented
- Project and budget management skills
- Excellent project management, time management and problem solving skills
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Willingness to travel ~50% of the time
