We are seeing particular traction in the DACH market and looking to further accelerate.  We are seeking an Event Manager – DACH who will be responsible for planning and executing our marketing events (in-person & digital) in Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Eastern European countries to drive sales pipeline for the DACH region and build awareness of Ivalua. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager DACH as well as with our local sales, SDR & Alliance teams and report directly to the Head of Field Marketing.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events, including 3rd party conferences, tradeshows, roundtables, dinners, webinars, and customer events, in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager DACH, and other local cross-functional teams (Sales, SDR, Alliance) to align event strategies and objectives with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling and on-site coordination.
  • Develop and execute event marketing campaigns to drive attendance, engage target audiences, and generate leads.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of all event-related tasks and milestones.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B event management, SaaS market events experience would be a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful events, from small-scale field events to large-scale conferences & tradeshows.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Native German and fluent English are a must
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite. Hubspot experience is a plus.


Travel is primarily in DACH during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected for company events.
