Job Description:
Reporting into the Senior Partner Events Manager and support the Partner Experience events team, this vital role will have responsibility for co-ordinating, developing and executing our global Partner Events. High partner satisfaction and engagement is a primary tenet and goal of our third-party relations strategy, and this role will be responsible for aiding and executing our global events programs, frameworks, and governance.
You will work in conjunction with the wider Partner Experience team and local Sony teams to deliver partner events around the world, taking all B2B event planning facets into consideration (ie: planning and logistics, venue hire, vendor co-ordination, event staff co-ordination and briefing, event branding, security and safety, refreshments and networking activities, et al), and deliver best-in-class PlayStation experiences for game publishers and developers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Venue sourcing and local office site inspections
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Processing contracts and setting up new vendors
- Collate and manage invites and invite lists
- Events calendar management
- Managing and shipping event assets
- Create and manage event logistics documents and trackers
- Monitor the Partner Events inbox
- Travel booking for PXP team events
- Event asset conceptualization
- Working cross functionally on event planning
- Other event logistics and management contributions as required
