Job Description:
Aisera is looking for an innovative, creative, and passionate Events Marketing Manager to be responsible for spearheading Aisera’s event marketing strategy, including but not limited to: trade show planning and attendance, securing speaking opportunities and representing Aisera at industry events. You will own and manage the day-to-day KPIs, reporting, and target funnel activities to maximize pipeline generation and conversions. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, highly collaborative, and a successful track record of organizing attendance at trade shows and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead Aisera’s event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
- Own and develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation
- Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events
- Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team
- Create and develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs at scale across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner events
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics
- Interact with key decision makers and account-holders
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
- Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
- Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
- Demonstrable proficiency in SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, and website authoring tools (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong organizational skills: This would include excellent project management skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency of G-Suite (Docs, Sheets and Sheets) and Office 365
- Being based in the Bay Area with the ability to travel into our office is a plus
Travel Requirements:
- This role will involve 25-50% domestic travel required
- Work arrangement will be Hybrid, with the expectation of working out of our Palo Alto office 2x a week
