We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels and handle event logistics for industry trade shows. We’re looking to hire a talented and energetic marketer to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital marketing manager will work with the marketing team, supporting the Demand Generation team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and event strategies that promote the Building Engines and JLL Technologies brands and products. You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box; You must be highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time. You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.

This role is for an individual contributor reporting to our Director, Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEM (Google), paid social (notably LinkedIn) and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agency (and other vendor partners) to execute strategies for Google, LinkedIn and more
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Share responsibility for maintaining our email templates and building email campaigns in Marketo
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights
  • Execute and measure A/B tests and new ideas to help drive lead conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Work with in-house designer to ensure event display accurately represents the Building Engines and JLLT brands
  • Responsible for managing event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Act as point person for updates to the BuildingEngines.com website (messaging updates, new pages, etc.); help manage relationship with in-house wed development team for advanced updates

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing or demand generation
  • Experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
  • Experience leading functions such as SEO/SEM, marketing database segmentation, email, paid social and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels a plus
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, and LinkedIn display and InMail campaigns a plus
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-player, positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, where needed
  • Experience in commercial real estate technology a plus, but not required
