Corporate Event Coordinator II – DISYS

Job Description:

  • Event support/management as assigned, including e2e projects as well as specific sub-projects within an event
  • experienced Trade Show Specialist to oversee the strategy and execution of tech trade show presence
  • Research projects related to specific production asks (vendor, activations, swag, venues, etc)
  • Prep materials for event (signage, swag distribution, gift packaging)
  • Arrange catering and facilities requests, book meeting spaces specific to event needs.
  • Vendor management as needed
  • Setup all documents prior to new event launches e.g. project plans, meeting notes, experience deck structure, budget template, Org Chart/Daci, etc.
  • Sync with BSX Finance lead on opening and tracking of PO’s and invoices
