We offer a unique portfolio of advisory services designed to help our clients realize major corporate milestones and solve complex issues. We also provide, through Park Hill Group, private fund advisory and placement services for alternative investment managers, including private equity funds, real estate funds and hedge funds.

Responsibilities:


Events Coordination

>    Coordinate internal and external event functions, including sourcing venues, attendee management, entertainment, and transportation

>    Create proposals with detailed cost projections including price per person, setup/admin fees, rental fees, tax, gratuity, etc.

>    Manage negotiations for space contract and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies, and ensure appropriate décor to quality and PJT brand standards

>    Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary

>    Coordinate invitations, advanced and onsite registration, and post-event follow-up

>    Manage promotional materials by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventory stock; place orders; verify receipt (if applicable)

>    Provide AMEX with authorization and instructions for booking travel for non-PJT employees

>    Ensure accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events

>    Maintain accurate attendee lists; track attendees for multiple key corporate events

Administrative Coordination

>    Provide phone support (for Events team)

>    Track, prepare, and process expense reconciliations and invoices in a timely manner

>    Field questions and assist with creative problem solving; serve as  gatekeeper

>    Support other Corporate Services functions, such as travel, hospitality, reception, and office services

>    Order office and janitorial supplies on a regular basis

>    Arrange travel bookings as needed

Qualifications:

We seek to hire a dynamic Corporate Events Coordinator who is highly motivated, intelligent, and a proven self-starter.  The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write negotiate and liaise with vendors and internal management, and a positive attitude.  In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

>    Bachelor’s degree

>    Proficiency in Excel; analytical skills a plus

>    Demonstrated corporate event planning experience

>    Strong communication, organization and superior customer service skills (client-centric attitude)

>    Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently; excellent organizational skills

>    Willingness to think creatively and recommend both smart and cost effective solutions

>    Proven ability to create budgets and vendor contracts

>    Ability to manage and execute projects as well as impact and influence others

>    High level of integrity and professionalism, sound judgment and appropriate discretion
