Client Successes

Every client has unique goals, objectives, and needs. We tell stories with the pictures we take of the incredible experiences we craft with our clients. And, of course, we have no success unless our clients are successful!

Here are a few examples of success we have achieved in partnership with our clients.

Schneider Electric had partnered with three agencies in three years on their largest global customer conference. 

In 2018, they needed a partner which could guide them through the process of producing a world class event, while exceeding their expectations along with their attendees. On this first project with Schneider, we were the lead agency for logistics, venue management, hotel management, and registration.

In 2019, Schneider asked us to add production to the services we had provided in the previous year. Later that year, we also managed their Ventures event, including main stage production.  

In 2021, we produced the Schneider multi-day virtual event, including recording all speakers on three continents from a variety of locations including studios, offices, and home offices. We developed the strategy, the experience, and managed the entire production of the virtual event from our US and London offices.

Commvault tasked EMP with creating a customer conference that was centered around a non-traditional environment and attendee journey.

With out of the box thinking, EMP developed and directed this immersive environment. The team flawlessly executed technical requirements such as sound, video, and attendee comfort--all without any disturbance from adjacent activities.

As part of our comprehensive approach, our team looked beyond events to find experiential kick-starters. Our ideas came from theater, theme parks, consumer activations, and even nature. This allowed us to strategically create experiences across F&B, the main stage, sponsors, audience acquisition, and more for Commvault GO.

For Yext the desire was to create a world-class experience for their most important audience, with a modest budget. Highlights included innovative use of digital signage to create the Yext product experience zone, dynamic keynotes, and a reimagining of the SWAG store experience. 

Due to our assistance managing the program, the growth in attendance almost tripled from 2016 to 2019!

NPD asked us to create an event to celebrate their 50th anniversary. After holding meetings with their executives, as well as interviewing top clients and partners, we recommended they start a customer conference. This platform would allow NPD to celebrate its rich history, as well as provide a forum to present its future.

At the time, NDP was in the initial stages of transitioning from being strictly a data provider to consultants. A customer conference would provide an opportunity to demonstrate how NPD could not only provide the data their clients and partners had looked to them for over the decades, but how its proprietary software and staff could analyze the data to make key decisions about their own futures. The conference allowed NPD to demonstrate how they were consulting and enhancing, versus replacing. ​ 

For NPD’s inaugural customer conference, we utilized the Wang Theater in Boston for their keynote and evening reception—a grand space in which to tell their story. NPD’s goal was to change their clients’ perspectives on who they were as a company. How did we accomplish this? EMP placed NPD’s customers on the stage from the morning keynotes through the evening reception with the Boston Pops and Jennifer Hudson as the backdrops.

  •  Lookout Chosen as a GDUSA In-house Design Award Winner – Event Marketing Partners. EMP served as Principal Strategist with Lookout’s Principal Strategist Tyler Croak, and Nationwide Displays. Lookout Creative Services Manager Muhamed Causevic worked in conjunction with his colleagues Kelley Lansing, Corporate Events Manager, and Akhilesh Dhawan, Senior Director of Product Marketing.

    As a trusted industry partner of Lookout, EMP assisted in delivering an award-winning booth at RSA Conference 2022. EMP guided the process of design, bid, and execution, and served as an extension of the Lookout team throughout the entire planning process and onsite execution.
