Job Description:

RBN Energy is seeking a Client and Event Success Coordinator to join our team. The position will involve managing and resolving customer service requests, and supporting the sales team. The role will include ensuring accurate records within our Salesforce.com CRM, and creating targeted marketing lists for the sales team. The Coordinator will also help co-manage and organize live and online events, working closely with vendors to ensure successful event execution.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator. They must be a supportive team player with a creative problem-solving approach. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client interactions and events, contributing to our overall business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce.com, including but not limited to adding/removing users, processing orders, managing accurate sales records and user access, ensuring CRM hygiene, creating targeted marketing lists for the sales team, monitoring website visitor activity, and helping with basic billing questions.
  • Assign and resolve customer support cases from Salesforce.com.
  • Help co-manage and organize live and online events.
  • Work with vendors to ensure successful event execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Supportive team player.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Dependable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any U.S. employer

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
