Job Description:

The Sr. Marketing Analyst job requires engagement witha broad range of business partners within SEM as well as with the Wholesale Payments Treasury Services business and other areas of the firm. The marketer will assist other team members in execution and processes related to delivering events including joining project work streams, owning tasks and data maintenance. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will support other event marketers on larger events as well as manage his/her own responsibilities within various projects and events. The goals are to help Treasury Services increase client business, deepen existing client relationships, learn to drive efficiencies for all internal partners and maintain the J.P. Morgan brand standard. The role reports to the senior event marketer responsible for Treasury Services Corporate and Public Sector.

Description/Responsibilties

  • Learn and apply fundamentals of the business, target audiences and department goals and translate knowledge into sucessful client events
  • Direct inquiries to the proper individuals or departments and answer inquiries on events
  • Work independently on muliple programs and taks to deliver event-related projects at the same time with different Event Marketers as the lead
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to data maintenance and integrity, internal and external announcements, invitation creation, testing and distribution, pre-event tasks such as audio visual technology requirements, as well as on-site staffing and support, post-event tasks such as consolidating survey data and supporting debriefs
  • Responsible for event execution tasks including registration support and reporting, managing event supplies and shipping, premium research and ordering, and production of event materials including name badges, agendas, surveys, biographies, speaker introductions, briefing memos and printing
  • Collaborat with other marketers and teams on event data and analysis as well as assisting in the development and reconciliation of budgets
  • Become proficient in event related systems and technologies such as GEM, Marketo, Nominator, Zkipster

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Must be willing to tackle any task and exemplify a positive attitude and commitment to success

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • A minimum of one-to-three years’ experience in events, marketing or a related field, preferable with a financial firm
  • Financial industry knowledge helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint
  • Proficiency with firm-wide systems
  • Requires early mornings, late nights and some travel
