The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Fitbit Health Solutions helps drive Fitbit’s mission by providing population health solutions to health plans, health systems, and employers that offer personalized health experiences to plan members, patients, and employees.

In this role, you will play a significant part in the development and execution of industry trade shows and conferences, targeted field events, speaking engagements, and roadshows. You will build events within the multi-approach, full-funnel campaign model and as a part of an overall demand generation strategy for return on investment. Events will support different audience segments including, but not limited to: health plans, partners, health systems, employers, researchers, and customers.

  • Work cross-functionally and cross-product areas to produce excellent live experiences for prospects, customers, and partners. Identify staffing needs, manage logistics, and work with vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own the events budget and processes to get organized where appropriate while owning inventory for internal and external events, plus direct mail initiatives. Ensure promotional materials and content are on-brand and on-message.
  • Align with stakeholders to maximize value and accelerate agreements. Manage the event speaker submission process and work closely with public relations and brand.
  • Monitor social media channels and update organic posts by following the social calendar. Drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversions for business potential.
  • Develop timelines, organizational plans, schedules, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency. Report and analyze results based on quarterly key performance indicators and industry benchmarks for optimal management buy-in.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in B2B event marketing
  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing to healthcare or HR/Benefits buyers
  • Experience in copywriting and public relations
  • Ability to understand creative requirements and co-produce with our creative team
  • Ability to multitask different responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams and at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication and discussion skills
