  • Coordinates conferences, meetings, events and related projects from start to finish within the U.S.
  • Initiates, researches, and proposes creative options and new ideas for the various elements of corporate events
  • Responsible for sourcing of programs where requested
  • Delivers ideas and information in a concise, professional and informative manner
  • Identifies solutions and introduces new processes which create efficiencies
  • Infuses creative, unique and exclusive ideas into the fabric of all corporate events to enhance the end user customer experience
  • Actively networks to build on contact base; stays ahead of venue openings and event industry trends
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of budget, conference evaluations, reporting, and sales tracking
  • Expected to create and deliver professional events which create lasting impressions for External and Internal Clients
  • Role includes on site Event Management which includes evenings, early mornings, and a handful of weekends and requires approx. 15-25% domestic travel
  • Identifies technological and other opportunities within events’ processes which can keep Corporate Events ahead of the curve
  • Role consists of miscellaneous special projects and priorities which will add on as needed


  • 5-7 years corporate event planning experience
  • Proven track record of ability to coordinate conferences and events Demonstrates a consistent sense of urgency coupled with accuracy
  • Politically savvy and highly skilled in cross-organization collaboration
  • Adaptable in a constantly changing environment and has the ability to multi-task
  • High energy
  • Experienced in the ability to pinpoint and translate broad goals and concepts
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative and forward thinking in relation to technology, creativity and events
  • Experienced in working on design and implementation of high end events
  • Holds existing relationships and connections with key players, and vendors in the events industry
  • Forward thinking and innovative.  Stays current with trends and venues in the events industry
  • Exhibits proven track record of high quality customer service
  • Flexible / Open –minded / has the ability to see objective points of view within situations
  • Displays the attributes of a proactive individual leader
  • CMP certification preferred (if does not hold should be willing to sit for the exam)
