Client One: EMP has continued to help the leader in consumer shopping insights develop a strategy to ensure that the transition of the company coincides with the launch of their first customer conference in 2016. EMP has been developing this strategy by interviewing both key external and internal stakeholders.

Client Two: Services included developing sponsorship prospectus, managed sponsors globally and helped plan their 2015 roadshow series (including onsite support for their San Francisco event).

Client Three: EMP planned and executed a five day user conference in Orlando, Florida. We were responsible for all logistics, including venue sourcing and negotiation, registration, food and beverage, transportation and overall meeting management.

Client Four: We have managed The Pulse of the Port, their flagship event, for many years. This annual event provides the Port with the opportunity to review the past year’s goals and objectives with the port community, political dignitaries, and local community leaders.

Client Five: EMP partnered with the internal event team to manage overall event production, logistics, venue sourcing and negotiation, plus all the logistics including food and beverage for its 2,500 attendee global sales conference.

Client Six: We are continuing the planning of this large User Conference.

Client Seven: A new client, we redesigned their sponsorship program for their annual user conference based upon industry best practices and our years of IT event expertise.

Client Eight: EMP both planned and executed their experiences at Microsoft’s Ignite Tradeshow.

Client Nine: EMP managed the European leg of a worldwide city roadshow for this software company with events in London and Amsterdam.

Client Ten: Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is the world’s largest mobile tradeshow. EMP supported this client for the 5th year in succession to create a highly interactive and engaging exhibition experience including the design and build of a new stand and successful evening networking activities.

I take great pride in the EMP staff. Our team is not only comprised of event marketing professionals, but they have the ability to wear both white and blue collars (they will happily roll-up their sleeves and “dig in” to ensure that each project they work on is a success).
